Our wellness workshops focus on the six pillars of lifestyle medicine: Nutrition, Exercise, Stress Management, Social Interaction, Sleep and Occupational Health.
Tailored to fit your needs, whether through engaging lectures or interactive workshops, our programs use the six pillars to bring awareness and show employees how to live a more healthy, balanced life.
Workshops are followed by one-on-one or group coaching sessions where we use the six pillars as a benchmark, assessing individual strengths and areas for growth against the pillars. These sessions can be done virtually or in-person. Regular accountability check-ins ensure focus on achieving goals!
